Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Premium subscriptions are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. If Apollo isn't working out for your community, reach out in our Discord server and we'll process a full refund.
Can I transfer my subscription to a different server?
Yes. If you want to move your Premium subscription to a different Discord server, you can transfer it from your dashboard. There's no limit on how often you can transfer.
Is there a free trial for Premium?
Apollo Premium doesn't have a separate trial, but every subscription is fully refundable within 7 days. Try Premium for your community with no commitment — if it's not the right fit, reach out in our Discord server for a full refund.
What happens to my events if I cancel?
Your events stay accessible from your dashboard, but events using Premium features stop accepting new signups. Any recurring events beyond the free tier's limit will stop posting, and scheduled event posts won't go out either.
How do I manage my subscription?
All subscription management — including upgrading, downgrading, switching billing cycles, transferring between servers, and canceling — is self-serve from your billing dashboard.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your billing dashboard. Switching to annual immediately credits any unused time from your monthly subscription. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your annual term.
Do I need to be a server admin to activate Premium?
No. Anyone with an active Premium subscription can activate it on any server they're a member of — you don't need to be the server owner or have admin permissions.
Do I need a separate subscription for each server?
No. At checkout you can select the quantity, which is how many memberships you're purchasing. Memberships can be freely assigned to Discord servers you're in from your dashboard.
