Apollo is an event and calendar bot for Discord. More than 300,000 communities — gaming guilds, tabletop groups, study servers, and professional teams — use it to schedule events, run signups, and automate the reminders that get members to actually show up.
Who builds Apollo
Apollo has been built and maintained by one person — its founder, James Gayfer — independently since 2020. It started as a side project to help his Destiny clan organize raids: getting the right people to show up at the right time, without the endless back-and-forth in chat.
Other communities turned out to have the same problem, and Apollo grew from there. It's stayed a focused, independent tool ever since — shaped by the organizers who use it, and built by someone who needed it first.
