We’ve brought a handful of long-wanted improvements to the dashboard: a dedicated home for signup presets, quicker signup option creation, a new reminder type, and the final pieces of editing parity with Discord.
A home for signup presets
Signup presets let you reuse a set of signup options across events. Until now, managing them meant working outside the dashboard.
The dashboard now has a dedicated page for your signup presets. You can edit a preset, re-order its options, and manage its signup restrictions.

You can also now add custom signup options during event creation — and if they’re worth keeping, save them as a new preset without leaving the flow.
Role-based reminders
Apollo’s reminders have always pinged the people who signed up for an event. That’s the right behaviour most of the time, but not always. Sometimes you want to reach a whole role, signed up or not.
You can now create role-based reminders that ping a role at a specific time, regardless of who’s signed up. Useful for nudging people to sign up ahead of an event, rather than only reminding those already on the list.
Full editing support
You can now add, edit, delete, and re-order signup options on an existing event or recurring series. Event colours are also now editable.
With these in place, anything you can edit in Discord, you can now edit from the dashboard.

Wrapping up
