Plenty of communities don’t live in a single Discord server. Esports organizations run a main server alongside one for each team. Gaming alliances, creator networks and hub servers all share events between communities. Until now, that meant posting the same event in every server and juggling separate signup lists.
Today we’re launching Premium Pro, a new plan for organizations running events at scale, under their own brand. For the first time, a single Apollo event can reach every server in your community.
One event, every server
You can now cross-post events to multiple servers. Signups sync between every post in real time, so there’s one attendee list no matter where people signed up.
Events shared from another server show the name and avatar of the server that owns them, so members always know where an event came from.
Tailored to each community
Each place an event is posted has its own settings. Signup restrictions, mentions, reminders and even the time it’s posted can all differ between servers. The same event can ping one role on your main server and a different role on a partner server, or be open to everyone in one place and limited to a single role in another.
Separate post times make priority signups easy. Share an event on your main server first and with partner servers later, giving core members first pick of the spots.
You decide who posts where
The Integrations page shows every server you can post to, and every server that can post into yours.
To post events to a server you don’t own, send a request to one of its admins. Nothing is posted without their explicit approval, and access can be revoked at any time.
Make Apollo your own
Premium Pro also includes custom branding, so Apollo can look like it belongs to your community. Set the bot’s name and bio from the dashboard, and upload your own avatar and banner. Your branding appears in your server, while partner servers keep their own.

Premium Pro is $25/month, or $240/year (save 20%), and includes everything in Apollo Premium. You can upgrade from the Premium page.
