We’ve made some notable improvements to event reminders, creating custom signup options
, and upcoming events displays. Let’s dive in!
Custom reminder messages
Starting today, members of Apollo Premium can set
up reminders to each have a custom message that is sent to attendees.

We’ve improved the experience of managing reminders too. Individual reminders
can now be modified (instead of only having the option to add or remove them).
Upcoming events capacity
We’ve upgraded the upcoming events display (including event digests) to include
the number of attendees who have signed up, as well as the event capacity
(if one is set).

This provides potential attendees an improved at-a-glance view of the current
state of upcoming events, keeping them (and event organizers) in the know.
Streamlined custom signup options
Creating custom signup options just got easier! They can now be created as part of our event creation and
edit flows.

Previously custom signup options had to be created via the /signup_options
add
command, which was clunky. If you were halfway through creating or
editing an event and needed a new custom option, you’d have to cancel the
flow, issue the add command, and start over. Now it can all be done as part
of the main flow.
